Topaz
in the past came from Tapazos in Red Sea. Most natural topaz has no color
or sometimes has avery pale yellow color. Presently, people irradiate
topaz which makes its color change to a variety of shades of blue depending
on the treatment procedure. Sources of topaz are Brazil, China, Sri Lanka, nigeria, India, and others. |
