: : : : :Most of the stones used commercial are from Madagascar, Pailin and Australia. The Australian stones blue and gray-blue depend on mining area; there are two in Australia. For Madagascar there are three mining areas from very nice blue like Kashmir (Sri Lanca, Thailand, Burma and Cambodia to Australian like. To select the same quality in sapphire, almost impossible have to be within a range. All stone are very strict selected. For top quality stones bigger quantities in a short time of period, to select from a uniform parcel a difficult task, that takes a long time. In this Quality set, there are no Kanchana-buri stones included. The quality are separated in 7 qualities, each quality is available in many different tones and shades from lighter to gray blue. The stone have to be clean on the surface no cracks, any holes or black inclusions for the products we sell. We don't sell stones with silk down to grade E. All stone we sell, are good quality.

: :Transparent, full body color, very good luster and fire, no window, no flat stones no silk, no inclusion visible with the naked eye. Good cut. Very nice stones (very good quality).
In a top parcel only about 10-15% are suitable for this grade, the rest is rejection (color zoning, inclusions, silk and color too weak).
: :Over the first grade only single stones, mostly from Burma lot of luster and fire.
2nd
B. Grade (good) : :Transparent, average body color, good luster and some fire, some has slight windows. Stone in general lighter, no silk, no inclusion visible with the naked eye. Good cut. Nice stones (good quality)  
3rd
C Grade (upper commercial) : :Transparent. Stone is darker but open in the appearance, than grade B must have enough fire, average luster, some have slight windows, no silk accepted, no inclusion in the table of stone, but inclusions not visible with the naked eye. . Good cut, no flat stones accepted. : :Is similar to grade 2 but darker
4th
D. Grade (commercial) : :Transparent, dark stones but must have some blue (fire) visible, otherwise fall to the next grade E. Some luster, have windows, no silk and inclusions accepted, in the table of stone. Some have color zoning. Commercial cut, have flat and high stone.  
5th
E. Grade (lower commercial) : :Transparent to semi-transparent, have a little luster, must have traces of blue visible to the viewer, too much body color (dark stones). Silk, inclusions and cracks are not accepted in the stone if visible with the naked eye. Commercial cut, have flat and high stone.  
6th
F. Grade (black-blue) : :Semi-transparent to translucent, have a little luster, too much body color very dark stones, no blue visible with the eye. No silk, inclusions and cracks are accepted visible to the naked eye. Commercial cut, There are two different quality of blue black good cut and good optical appearance second quality not possible to use same as day and night. (Cracks, silk and inclusion visible to the eye and very bad cutting).
: :This grade for all shapes, except round
::::Most of the Sapphires 65% are cut in oval, 25% in round the rest in all different shapes. Because of the rough and the price, every cutter need to cut to the highest yield. For round only smaller sizes are available in quantity, and the price for round is higher than for oval shapes.   The quality of sapphire parcel is not as uniform as the ruby ones. Every stone sold is checked and selected ,There are no minor quality within each grade .Should the goods not be within the quality as sold the goods can be returned within 7 days, shipment cost are on the account of the buyer.
