The correct preparation and shipping are very important step to keep cost and turnaround time to a minimum.
      Packing instruction  
   The stones should be separated by style to be cut in different poly bags with numbers of stones, weight and number of bag.
   If there are several bags for cutting a list should be made with clear cutting instruction for each of the bags.
   Make sure the envelope or box is sealed proper without the possibility of breakage.
Parcels should never be smaller than at least 50-100 stones otherwise the shipping cost is too high in comparison to value of stones and cutting cost. 
  Shipping agent
   The best, inexpensive and easiest way to use “EMS” “International Courier Service”.
Instruction for sender declaration: Stones for cutting
   It never should show a high value otherwise the package go to the customs in Thailand and we have to pay import duty on goods we only add value (cutting service) to it and ship back to the sender.
   Most of the stones send for cutting we receive direct without going to the customs.
Only when goods are wrong declared we have to apply to the customs and get the goods released by paying the import duties according to the value.
 
  Communication
   By arrival of goods we inform the sender about it and if there is some cutting instruction not clear we will get clearer clearance for the work to be done proper.
   A good relation ship between you the customer and us is important for proper understanding and to make the work to your satisfaction.
 
 
 
      Cutting work  
   Every single order is important to use and we but a lot of effort in it.
We only cut clean stones of nice quality. Broken and included stones we return uncut to you with the finished goods.
Our cutting is much better than from the majority of local cutter.
We cut to international requirement and we understand it.
Cutting takes on average 3 weeks depend on volume of stones to be cut.
We have always several parcels to cut at any given time.
The sizes we cut usually are from 1.5 mm up any shape.
  Cutting charges
   Cutting it charged per carat of finished stones cut from 3.00 mm up.
Smaller size than 3.00 mm stones are charged per piece.

  Don’t forget to tell us, what type of stones you like to have cut, it will affect the price.
For fancy cut there are several different charges depend of difficulty.
Additional we have to charge you the shipping cost which is on average 20-25 US$ depend on country and shipping charges. All parcels we send registered.
 
  Return of cut goods :
  Whenever we are finish with one order we send a fax to the sender and inform him that he can expect the goods within the next few days.
 
 
 
  Payment for cutting services :
   For new customer the cutting charges have to be paid before the goods are shipped back to the sender.
   For existing customer the payment of goods should be not later than 2 weeks after receiving the goods.
   No check is accepted, for check clearance it takes us about 6 weeks.
   The money has to be transferred by TT trough a Bank to our Bank account in Thailand.
