    The Lazare Diamond, also called Lazare Kaplan Ideal diamonds, are cut to “ideal” proportion. The ideal cut is based on a mathematical formula measures a diamond’s angles and proportions with exacting precision, resuting in the optimum refraction and reflection of light. This produces a great diamond with brilliance, sparkle and fire.


    The Leo Diamond, also known as the Leo Schachter diamond, has a patented symmetrical cut that allows light to enter the diamond in such a way that the maximum Amount of light is returned back in a sparkling flash known as scintillation. Leo diamonds have 66 facets, instead of the 58 facets with traditional brilliant cut diamonds. The Leo diamond is the first diamond ever to be measured and certified for fire, sparkle and brilliance. Each Leo diamond comes with a "Return of Light certificate" rating. The Lily cut diamond is created by the Siam-Tov brothers.


    The Lily cut Is an exquisite clover-shaped or flower-shaped diamond with four “petals” and a square table. Lily Cut diamond have 65 facets compared to the 58 facets of traditional brilliant round diamonds. This beautiful shape is often used as a pendant or ring but makes gorgeous earrings as well.


    Number of facets of the Lion Cut is 56 or 58 (points/culet is a facets). In the diamond color grading appreciation, there is no difference between a Lion Cut and the traditional cut. Lion Cut gives in full daylight an unbelievable difference with the traditional diamond table cut.


    Lonestar cut is refleacted in the State slogan “Texas – The Lone Star State”, and has been designed by two native Texas. The special characteristic of the Lone Star cut is the appearance to the viewer when Looking directly onto the stone, in that it reflects the five-pointed star, now, therefore, be it. That the specifications for faceting the Lone Star Cut are for an 80 index gear.


    Tiffany & Co's first signature gem cut in years, the Tiffany Lucida diamond is similar to the Asscher cut and the antique cushion cuts. The Lucida is a square mixed-cut diamond. It has 50 facets, a high crown, stepped facets, wide corners, a small table facets, with a deep pavilion. Because of the steep crown and deep pavilion the Lucida diamond looks smaller than a round brilliant diamond of the same weight.


    This 65 facets eight-sided step cut. With 33 facets on the crown, 32 facets on the pavilion. It is an octagon shape with step-cut on both the crown and the pavilion.
 
 
 
 

    The Noble cut, a 29-facets kite shape diamond is drawing inspiration from classic linear design principle, the new and high-precision. Noble cut captured the dynamic qualities Of line perspective, symmetry and depth that are signature qualities of the new cut.
 
 

     The quadrillion or the modified princess cut which call the “new” princess-cut diamond with sharp corners form the radiant cut. This cut is relatively new and is also known as a Squarillion cut. The Quadrillion cut diamond consists of 49 facets which progressively narrow towards the girdle and corners, creating a multiple star effect in the center of great brilliancy.



     The radiant cut is a modified form of the rectangular barion cut. Radiant cut diamonds are a cross between a princess cut and an emerald cut. Radiant diamonds combine the best features of the round brilliant cut, the square shape of the princess or square baguette cut, and the mitered corners of the emerald cut.

     Like the princess cut, it is normally used for near- square diamonds eather than rectangular diamonds. Radiant diamonds typically have 70 facets (25 on the crown, 8 on the girdle and 37 pavilion). Generally, their steeper crown angle and smaller table facets allow them to display more fire than a princess cut diamond.

     The Radiant cut diamond is considered the father of branded fancy cut diamonds with a birth over 20 years ago. Originally protected by patent, the design is now public domain.



The Royal Asscher is an octagonal shape which is reminiscent of old-world diamond cuts and was especially popular during the Art Deco period. The diamond is a square step-cut style with 74 facets, cut corners, high crown setting and a steep pavilion. When viewed from the tip, it display a unique concentric square pattern. The Royal Asscher is the result of computer technology and old cutting secrets. It took two years to develop the software to design the cut.


 
 
 
 

     The Sunburst cut is a round stone with 81 facets on the crown and 64 facets on the pavilion, making the total of 145 facets. The high refractive index of the colorless rough enhances the fiery flashes of the spectrum of light reflection. It looks just like a sun is bursting inside the stone.


     This 45 facets eight-sided shape is a mixed step and brilliant cutting style. With 25 facets on the crown, 20 facets on the pavilion, the Sunflower Cut has the tatal of 45 facets. It is a cut-cornered square shape with brilliant-cut pavilion.


     The new Tycoon cut gives the emerald cut the sparkle it needs while, at the same time, retaining the subtle beauty of the original emerald cut. It is a masterpiece of modern gemology and adds a brilliance and fire. It has nine crown facets giving it significantly more brilliance and a larger table than any other cut. The Tycoon cut has a signature diamond-shaped table that makes this new cut “the only diamond with a diamond on top’ The Tycoon-cut diamond reflects fifty percent more light than traditional cuts and sparkles unilike any other diamond, making it the diamond that refines and transforms tradition.


     This 76 facets round shape is mixed cut. With 25 facets on the crown and 48 facets on the pavilion, making the total of 73 facets, Zinnia is the cut that can be imply described as “The fiery petals in the round contour”.
