With the multicolor adhesive hundred of back foil stone can be set girdle by girdle and make a nice inexpensve (low cost) and rich in color product.
Master requirement
The rim (metal frame) holding the glue should be between 1.8 to 2.0 mm. If the rim is higher, the glue comes out between the stones, during setting.
Preparation
A larger ring surface takes about 1 gram of Ferido Glue. Take equal amount from component A and B and knead it for about 4 minute’s instruction on the inside of each box. Take only as much Glue as you indent to use for setting straight away.
| After mixing the Ferido it should
be used straight and pressed into the metal surface. The Glue has to be
pressed in to a clean metal surface. The surface must be fat free…otherwise
the glue cant bond. The kneaded material should not lay around for 10
minutes or more and pressed in the surface after….otherwise the
bondage with the metal is not strong enough. For the setting of the stones you have up to 65 minutes working time (setting time). After the glue cover the whole metal surface to be set. The glue surface is pressed again with an object larger than the surface to be set (can be metal or hardwood) into the frame |
